Shannon is responsible for customer service and operations, among many other duties such as maintaining client profiles, managing orders, and ensuring clear communication with clients.
Before joining our team, she gained valuable and relatable experience while working for Edward Jones as a Senior Branch Office Administrator for seven years. Shannon also worked for American Funds as a Senior Shareholder Account Representative for five years. In 2004, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Randolph-Macon College.
Shannon enjoys the diversity of her role, meaning that no two days are the same.
